Process
We value individuality over conformity. Collaboration, curiosity, and exploration are key pillars of our processes. Each creation process is unique, because we encourage each dancer to bring their humanity and impulses to the work.
Art
We use dance to reflect the world back to the viewer. We make work that questions power structures, highlights chaos, and envisions a better future. Our work is meant to start conversations among our audience, allowing different interpretations to arise and new perspectives to be shared.
Community
We celebrate our differences. Dance and performance are for all bodies. We reject the fatphobic, misogynistic, xenophobic, transphobic, and racist rhetoric that plagues our world. We strive to cultivate an environment of trust, inclusion, and connectedness, where we can learn about each other, from each other.
Radical
We reject the notion that a person's worth derives from their productivity. We create out of love, not obligation.
Growth
We are committed to growing as artists, facilitators, and collaborators. We embrace change. We welcome conversation. We cherish the act of learning and letting go.
